Each bowl is turned from a single solid block, dried slowly to prevent splitting, and finished with two coats of food-safe oil. Walnut darkens with use; cherry warms to a deep rust over the first year.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking. Oil every two months.
