The Selby is the board we use ourselves. It's wide enough for a loaf of bread, light enough to lift one-handed, and finished with a juice groove on one face. Hand-planed flat and sanded through five grits. Reverses for sweet and savoury.
Wash by hand with mild soap. Towel dry. Re-oil every 6–8 weeks with food-safe oil.
