These terms apply when you order from Timbermere Studio. They don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

You're buying from Timbermere Studio, a single-maker workshop in Selby, North Yorkshire, United Kingdom. You can reach us at [email protected].
Everything is handmade from natural timber, so grain, colour, and figure vary from piece to piece — that variation is part of the work, not a fault. Some pieces are ready to ship; others are made to order, with the lead time shown on the product page (typically 3–4 weeks).
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Payment is taken securely at checkout through our provider, Snipcart. We don't store your card details.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order (or, for made-to-order pieces, when we confirm we've begun making it). If we can't fulfil an order — for example, a piece is no longer available — we'll let you know and refund any payment in full.
We currently ship to Great Britain and Northern Ireland only. In-stock pieces leave the workshop within 2 working days; made-to-order pieces ship after the lead time shown on the product page. Delivery timescales are estimates, not guarantees.
As a consumer you have a 14-day right to cancel most orders, and longer rights if something is faulty. The full detail — how to cancel, return postage, and refunds — is in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a piece isn't, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund — see Returns & Refunds.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory consumer rights always apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall to its courts (you may also have rights to bring proceedings in your own UK jurisdiction).
