The Kinsey is a compact end-grain board with enough substance for daily prep without taking over the counter. Its warm oak face has a quiet block pattern rather than a loud checkerboard, with the grain moving across the surface in a way that rewards a closer look.
A juice groove, softened edges, recessed side grips and rubber feet make it feel considered in use. The end-grain face is forgiving under a knife and well suited to vegetables, bread and small carving jobs, while the smaller footprint keeps it easy to lift, wash and leave within reach.

Wash by hand with mild soap. Towel dry. Re-oil every 6-8 weeks with food-safe oil.
