A narrow oak-and-walnut end-grain board with a brick pattern, juice groove, side grips and a 4 cm profile.
The Denton is a compact end-grain board with a clear brick rhythm across the working face. Pale oak blocks are broken by darker walnut lines, giving the surface structure without making the board feel loud.
The 4 cm thickness, juice groove, softened edges and recessed side grips make it feel like a serious prep and carving board despite the narrower footprint. The end-grain face is forgiving under a knife and well suited to everyday chopping, weekend carving and serving at the table.
Pale gold, open-grained, and built for work - the classic European bench timber.
A pale honey-gold hardwood that deepens beautifully with age and oil. European Oak is strong, open-grained, and famously durable, long used in furniture, joinery, beams, and hard-working surfaces across Europe. Best for chopping boards and pieces that need to feel solid, practical, and made for real everyday use.
A dark, temperamental timber - quiet under oil, dramatic under light.
A deep chocolate-brown hardwood that develops warmer, sometimes violet undertones when oiled. Black Walnut is slightly softer than oak, with a richer, more expressive grain that makes it especially suited to serving boards, bowls, and pieces meant to be looked at as well as used. Durable enough for regular use, but prized just as much for its depth, contrast, and the way it ages beautifully.
Wash by hand with mild soap and warm water. Towel dry straight away and stand the board on edge until fully dry.
Do not soak, dishwash, or leave beside direct heat. Re-oil when the surface starts to look dry; for regular use, every 4-8 weeks is a sensible rhythm.
