The end-grain face is forgiving under a knife and gives the board its woven rhythm: pale timber blocks broken by dark walnut-style strips, with the pattern carried cleanly into the edges. The juice groove keeps carving juices and crumbs contained, while recessed side grips make the weight easier to lift from the table. Rubber feet steady it underneath. It is a practical working board with enough presence to stay out between jobs.
Wash by hand with mild soap. Towel dry. Re-oil every 6-8 weeks with food-safe oil.
