About this piece
The Thirsk is a broad round board shaped from a single piece of timber, with warm golden grain and olive-toned natural variation running across the face. Its 33.5 cm diameter gives useful room for pizza, bread, fruit and everyday preparation without the corners of a rectangular board.
A routed juice groove frames the working area, while the shaped perimeter forms a discreet all-round grip for lifting the 3 cm profile. The circular form carries easily from kitchen to table and is substantial enough to serve as a central board without feeling heavy or cumbersome.

American tulipwood, also called yellow poplar, is a light North American hardwood with a generally straight, uniform grain. Its pale cream-to-yellow-green colour makes a quiet contrast beside darker woods and stronger accent timbers.
Care instructions
Wash by hand with mild soap and dry promptly. Do not soak or place in a dishwasher. Re-oil with food-safe board oil when the surface begins to look dry, and store with air able to circulate around both faces.
