About this piece
The Pickering is shaped from one piece of steamed European beech, giving the oval face a continuous run of fine, quiet grain. Its 30.5 x 24.5 cm proportions provide more working room than a small paddle board while remaining easy to lift and turn.
A softly rounded rim and routed edge profile form a discreet grip around the board without interrupting the working surface. The plain face suits bread, fruit and everyday knife work, while the oval outline makes the same piece comfortable at the table with cheese or smaller shared servings.

Care instructions
Wash by hand with mild soap and dry promptly. Do not soak or place in a dishwasher. Re-oil with food-safe board oil when the surface begins to look dry, allowing air to circulate around both faces.

We ship to Great Britain & Northern Ireland: a flat £9.97, added at checkout, and free on orders of £200 or more. Sent by Royal Mail 24 once dispatched — usually with you the next working day. Each piece is packed in a recycled card box. Made-to-order items can be returned within 14 days unless they've been used; bespoke commissions — and boards engraved with your wording — are non-returnable, though your rights on faulty goods are unaffected. Returns are easy — write to us first.
